I created Raffle Ticket Creator after spending many hours fiddling around with Microsoft Publisher trying to print numbered raffle tickets. That’s all described in this blog post from 2012. That blog post gets so much traffic from people struggling to print numbered raffle tickets at home that I decided to build a web app to make it real easy for anyone to print uniquely-numbered raffle tickets on their computer at home! So Raffle Ticket Creator was born!

Welcome to Raffle Ticket Creator (the “Service”), a service provided by Bruce Greig of The Malms Farmhouse, Shawford, Winchester, UK.

By accepting these terms of service (“Terms”) or by accessing or using the Service, You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If You are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the terms “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of Raffle Ticket Creator.

Any neglect or failure by Raffle Ticket Creator to enforce any of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver or variation of these Terms or otherwise prejudice any of the Raffle Ticket Creator’s rights under them.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Raffle Ticket Creator expressly excludes any and all warranties, whether express or implied, whether by common law, statute, trade usage, course of dealings or otherwise.

You acknowledge that Raffle Ticket Creator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or virus-free and no information or advice obtained by you from Raffle Ticket Creator or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Under no circumstances, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall Raffle Ticket Creator be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect damages (including lost profits, lost sales or business, lost data or business interruption) totalling more than your payment for the Service, or £10, whichever is the greater.

However, nothing in these Terms shall be taken to limit or exclude either party’s liability for any act or omission for which the exclusion or limitation of liability is prohibited by law.

The Service is billed on a per-use basis and payments are non-refundable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute arising out of use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

When you visit our website, your computer sends non-identifying information to our servers so that it knows how to serve you (for example, it will tell us what type of web browser you use). We use this data in aggregate to help plan our business (for example, "5% of our visits last month were from people using iPads").

We don't spam. You may give your email address to us when you make a comment on our blog or to receive an emailed copy of your raffle tickets or to sign up to our newsletter. We won't sell or disclose your email address under any circumstances. You can ask us to stop sending you email at any time.

When you make a purchases, your billing information (credit card number, etc.) is handled by Paypal. We only know from PayPal whether you paid or not, we don’t see your credit card or bank details.

We receive reports from our advertising partners (e.g. Google) about how many people click on our advertisements, and how many of these people eventually go on to make a purchase. And we track which web pages are of most interest to our customers. This information relies on cookies, which you can turn off in your browser if you do not wish us to use it.
